Purchases, privacy & support

PuzzlePop Quest is provided by Elevate8 Consultants. Contact [email protected] for purchase help.

Wildcard packs

One-time prices in U.S. dollars: 3 blocks $0.99; 5 blocks $2.99; 10 blocks $4.99; 25 blocks $9.99. No subscription. You can play and earn free wildcards without buying a pack. The final checkout displays the amount before payment.

Earned wildcards work offline. Purchased blocks are held in a server wallet and need an internet connection to spend. They remain in the wallet across new games. A payment awaiting confirmation does not award blocks yet.

Restore purchases

Use Back up purchase wallet in the original app and keep the recovery code private. The code can restore the purchase balance in another browser or device. It does not transfer the board or best scores. Clearing app data without a recovery code can make the wallet inaccessible; contact support with your Stripe receipt if that happens.

Refund requests

Contact support within seven days of purchase with your receipt and request. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding purchased blocks, never earned rewards. Partial refunds revoke a proportional number of blocks rounded up. Refunded blocks already spent can reduce future purchased balances until the adjustment is covered. Contact support about disputes or balance corrections.

Privacy

The game stores progress, scores, and a private wallet token on your device. The server stores a hashed wallet identifier, purchase and spending records, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe handles card entry and payment information; this game does not receive your card number. Hosting and payment providers process connection information needed to provide their services. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers in this release.

Purchase records are retained for support and accounting. Contact support for privacy or deletion requests; records required for financial obligations may need to be retained. Do not send your wallet recovery code or full card details by email.

Availability

This is the website/home-screen app checkout. App Store and Google Play releases will have a separate payment setup. Blocks are game items with no cash value.
